News & Media SSIT awarded the ESG Impact Showcase Certificate for 2023 SP-SSA International Terminal (SSIT port) has been awarded the ESG Impact Showcase Certificate for 2023 by the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham Vietnam) during the Giving Thanks Dinner event held on the evening of November 21, 2023. This is a noteworthy event and marks an important step in promoting SSIT's ESG activities. ESG stands for “Environmental, Social, and Governance”, which is a concept that is being increasingly focused on by businesses worldwide. Over the years, SSIT has actively participated in and implemented activities related to ESG, including reducing the negative impact of operation activities on the environment, ensuring safety for employees, increasing the quality of services for customers, and actively contributing to the community through support for social and educational activities. The ESG Impact Showcase certificate for 2023 is evidence of SSIT's efforts in promoting ESG activities and positively contributing to sustainable development at SSIT in particular and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in general.
